Residential mental health treatment is an intensive level of care where clients live at the treatment facility while receiving structured therapy and clinical support. Removed from the distractions of everyday life, residential care allows clients to focus fully on treatment in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
At Lifeskills, our expert clinicians use a treatment approach developed and refined over more than 35 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. Our serene settings feature private outdoor spaces and 24/7 nursing support within a warm, non-clinical environment.
During residential treatment, clients participate in daily therapy, psychiatric care, and skill-building activities supported by a multidisciplinary treatment team — addressing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions, particularly when symptoms are too severe for outpatient care alone.
