Flexible, Structured Care
Designed to help support the recovery process, our intensive outpatient program (IOP) involves 10 hours of weekly treatment, usually for 8 or 12 weeks, and often serves as a step-down from residential care or our partial hospitalization program (PHP). The flexibility of intensive outpatient treatment enables clients to continue working, attending school, and fulfilling family responsibilities while undergoing treatment.
The basis of the Lifeskills IOP is group therapy, including our specialty groups:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy group
- Dialectical behavior therapy group
- Healthy relationships group
- Life skills group
- Mindfulness group
- Relapse prevention group
