Integrated Programs
Lifeskills’ integrated programs are woven directly into the treatment experience, providing population-specific and community-based support alongside expert clinical care. Rather than standalone services, these programs address the cultural, relational, and personal dimensions of treatment, ensuring each client and family feels understood, supported, and connected throughout their care.

Alumni Program
Treatment doesn’t end at discharge. The Alumni Program provides ongoing clinical support, community connection, and weekly groups for former clients and their families. Through a dedicated recovery coach, peer mentorship, and structured support groups, alumni stay connected and supported as they navigate life after treatment.

Family Support Program
Supporting a loved one through treatment is demanding. The Family Support Program offers expert guidance, psychoeducation, and community support to help families understand the treatment process, build healthier communication patterns, and develop the skills needed to support their loved one’s clinical progress.

Jewish Community Support
For over 35 years, Lifeskills has provided culturally informed mental health support for the Jewish community. With Rabbi Brandon Gaines on staff, kosher accommodations, Shabbat observance, and clinical expertise in Jewish values, Jewish clients receive expert care without compromising their faith or identity.

Veterans Support Program
As a VA Community Care Network provider and PsychArmor Certified Veteran Ready Healthcare Organization, Lifeskills offers specialized support for veterans navigating PTSD, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions — delivered within a framework that recognizes the distinct experiences of military service.

Women’s Trauma + DBT Program
Lifeskills’ nationally recognized Women’s Trauma + DBT Program provides trauma-informed, gender-specific treatment for adult women. Combining dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with trauma-focused care through a 13-week DBT-adherent curriculum, the program is delivered in a private, structured residential setting.
